A city at the northern terminus of Great Graben, partially built into its walls. The streets are a fairly well-reasoned grid with concrete walkways. Witsend was officially founded in 829P and is home to 60,000 people. Witsend is a member of the Alliance of Free Cities.

The city is surrounded by unimpeded woodland to the north and west. There are a smattering of small settlements to the north and south.

Culture

Like Worldsend, Witsend features a wide variety of street foods, but, unlike Worldsend, the stalls are often interspersed with stylites.

Musicians play a variety of plucked string instruments. Both prosceniums and amphitheaters are immensely popular and thriving forms of entertainment.

Letter writing is common with intra-city letters handled by local couriers who work with the Sovereign Postal Order on mail coming into or leaving the city.

Most of the buildings are maintained in their original style of brick and stucco, brightly colored.
